Graded conservatively in both categories. Cover is very clean, but has a hole punch in the top right corner. ADDIE written in pen in top right corner of cover and on both sides of label, hard to tell with the pen on the black labels. Vinyl looks nice with some light paper scuffs, plays VG to EX. Both sides start with some light noise, but clears up and plays very nice. Deep groove labels.
